nor3d started in 2018, after fifteen years inside architecture practice. We've since delivered more than 200 projects from Copenhagen and Vilnius, from single villas to full urban developments across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the United States. We read drawings like architects and sell space like marketers. That's the gap we close.
How we work
Every project runs on a live 3D model that everyone can enter: architect, developer, marketing, all reviewing the same spaces at the same time. Decisions get made inside the model instead of lost in email chains. And because the model exists from day one, the sales material starts before the design is finished. The same environment that validates the design becomes the film, the stills and the walkthrough that sell it.

A villa development, Spain. A live model review caught a rotation issue while it was still a five-minute fix. The sea views stayed where the design intended them. That's what the model is for.
