Communicating Vision Before the Build
The Project
A lighthouse hospitality conversion on Norway's coastline. Remote location, unique typology, high design ambition. The challenge: generate interest and communicate the vision while the project was still unbuilt, competing for attention in a crowded hospitality market.
The Approach
NOR3D created PR-ready visualization materials designed for media distribution. High-impact exterior images showed the lighthouse in its dramatic coastal context. Interior visuals communicated the intimate scale and material warmth that would define the guest experience.
The images weren't just for investors or permitting. They were built to travel—editorial quality that architecture and hospitality publications would actually run. Without these visuals, the project risked remaining invisible until construction completed, missing critical early press and stakeholder engagement windows.
The Result
PR materials that positioned the project in architecture and travel media before groundbreaking. The visuals generated early buzz, attracted potential partners, and established market presence while competitors were still under construction. Unbuilt doesn't have to mean unknown.
