Fiskbaek Enge, a residential development in Denmark. The developer needed to move units faster in a competitive market. Generic renderings weren't cutting through. Buyers wanted to see how the development fits into the actual neighborhood before committing.

The Approach

NOR3D went on-site with camera and drone, capturing the real environment. The proposed development was 3D-matched into actual footage: real neighboring buildings, real street access, real light conditions. Buyers see exactly what they're getting, not an isolated fantasy.

This removes hesitation. When competitors show generic 3D on white backgrounds, this developer showed their project in true context. The mixed-reality video became the primary sales tool. High-quality stills extracted from the same production worked across brochures, listings, and presentations without additional cost.
