PR Materials for Urban Infrastructure

The Project

Catalyst Connector, an urban infrastructure project in the United States designed by Perkins Eastman. A major pedestrian and transit connection requiring public support and stakeholder alignment before construction approval.

The Approach

NOR3D created PR-ready visuals using mixed reality: drone footage of the actual site combined with full 3D of the proposed connector. This grounded the project in real urban context rather than presenting it as an isolated concept.

Real neighboring buildings. Real traffic patterns. Real pedestrian flow. The mixed approach showed exactly how the connector integrates into the existing city fabric. Critical for public infrastructure projects where community understanding drives approval timelines.

The image set was built for media distribution: architecture publications, local news, stakeholder presentations, public engagement materials. One production effort serving multiple PR channels.

The Result

PR materials that communicated the project's urban impact clearly. When infrastructure projects need public buy-in, showing real context removes abstraction. People see how it affects their actual neighborhood. Real context accelerates understanding. Understanding accelerates approval.
